There’s an old saying that a picture is worth 1,000 words.
And technically a video is 24 individual pictures (per second) played consecutively.
So because of math:
Watching a 6:00 minute video is the same as reading 8,640,000 words!
That’s like reading the full Harry Potter series 8 times in a row…
